Teens vandalizing car - what should I do?

The teenager is a few steps was spitting on my husband's car - which were around 18 months. Then a couple of weeks that I have - that is completely new. My husband and I went to the house to see the parents, but she said she was gone. The tip is dry, so I can not say exactly when he had done. I was so busy after the children might not have noticed.
