What kind of amplifier (s) for my car?

I thought about adding in-dash DVD multimedia haven for my Honda Accord. I look forward one Jensen 7 "TFT LCD screen that's not all ... MP3, CD, DVD, etc ... In any case I wonder what would be a good amp for my system. And if I wanted Sub a run or even a few submarines need two amplifiers?
