1997 BMW 528i Questions?

I am interested in buying a 1997 BMW 528i with 119K of 5900. It has tin wheels, a system for Speaker after the sale, aftermarket radio, LCD monitors in the visors and headrests, and does not stain. Not sure about the state of engine maintenance, but it looks like if it has been very well maintained, has an automatic transmission. Any input from cars would be great. Nothing has been replaced in the car.
