Xbox 360 or PS3, I have a 32 "LCD HDTV Vizio flat ..?

I just got a 32 "HDTV Vizio LCD flat Walmart, and I wonder what would be the best bang for your money? Xbox 360 or PS3? I have to figure in all factors, PS3 plays blue rays, but the PS3 will not play PS 2 games and 1 game, so its a negative aspect, on the top, my brother has an Xbox and 98% of them or not ... or Need repairs?! What to do? anyone have any advice, What?
